This is such a rare event that we think this might be the first and only time it has ever happened and may fundamentally alter our understanding of genetic evolution.
A sansevieria zeylanica under our care grew eyes.
We are not sure how this happened and would like to believe that our superior plant care and special fertilizer may have played a part.
Or it could be because this plant was in the hallway of a life sciences company that does specialized genetic engineering.
